By choosing to work with us and our services in Ascension Coaching with Daniel and/or Carmen at Twin Flames Eternity, it is understood that you will be coached exclusively with the Mirror Exercise, specifically as taught by Jeff and Shaleia in their body of work.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to reschedule. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their session will forfeit their session. Any missed session on behalf of the client will not be rescheduled unless the client notifies the Coach more than 24 hours in advance.
Due to the personal nature of this work, all sales are final and no refunds are given for any reason. If a client wishes to discontinue services, no refunds are given for the unused portion of the coaching package or subscription or purchased services.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, as they reflect the value and dedication we provide to each of our clients. Once purchased, sessions will be honored at the rate in effect at the time of booking. To ensure the best support on your journey, we encourage clients to schedule their sessions in advance. Please note that availability for both group and individual coaching may be limited due to high demand, and prices may increase over time.
Scheduling
Sessions are booked online on the scheduling page. You will be redirected to the scheduling page after purchase for packages and will be contacted via email and/or via Facebook Messenger. Individual sessions and individual sessions packages must be used before expiration. Please be advised that all bookings are subject to the Coach’s availability. To ensure you can secure your preferred time before your sessions expire, we strongly recommend scheduling your appointments at least 48 to 72 hours in advance. To ensure effectiveness, and guarantee professional availability for all clients we recommend scheduling up to two sessions per week. For packages of 4 or more sessions, scheduling more than 2 sessions per week during the final month of the package's validity is not permitted.
All sessions and packages are subject to the following expiration periods from the date of purchase:
Single Session: Must be used within 15 days.
2-Session: Must be used within 30 days.
4-Session or 6-Session Packs: Must be used within 60 days.
8-Session Pack: Must be used within 90 days.
Last-minute booking attempts (e.g., attempting to book a session hours before its expiration) do not guarantee availability. If a session is not booked within its validity period due to client delay or lack of foresight regarding the Coach's open calendar slots, the session will be considered expired and non-refundable. It is the client's sole responsibility to distribute and manage their sessions throughout the validity period. Unused sessions expire after this period and are non-refundable.
Group Coaching Policy
Group Coaching sessions are designed to be a confidential, safe, and trust-based space for all participants. Recording, reproducing, distributing, or storing the sessions, in whole or in part, in audio, video, or any other format is strictly prohibited. Participants are welcome to take personal written notes during the sessions, provided that no audio, video, or screen recording is made.
Any violation of this policy, regardless of the stated purpose or personal use, will result in immediate termination of the subscription and permanent revocation of access to the sessions, with no right to a full or partial refund, including, but not limited to, any remaining sessions within the current billing cycle or any unused portion of the subscription.
By enrolling in and participating in the coaching sessions, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to this policy and commit to respecting the confidentiality of the space and the boundaries established herein.
Attendance at Group Coaching sessions is the sole responsibility of the participant. If a participant is unable to attend a session for personal reasons, the session will not be recorded, rescheduled, or made available for later use, and it will be considered used and forfeited, with no obligation on the part of the Coach to provide a make-up session, compensation, or alternative date. Sessions included in the monthly subscription must be used within the corresponding billing cycle and are not cumulative, transferable, or rollable over.
Limitation of Responsibility
We are not responsible for how clients choose to interpret, apply, or misapply the guidance provided during coaching sessions. Each client is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions following the coaching process.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate coaching services, subscriptions, packages, or access to group sessions at our sole discretion if a participant engages in behavior that violates these Terms of Sale, breaches confidentiality, disrupts the safety or integrity of the coaching space, or acts in bad faith. In such cases, termination may be immediate and no refunds, full or partial, will be issued, including for any unused sessions, remaining subscription periods, or services already purchased.
