Cancellation & Refund Policy Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to reschedule. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their session will forfeit their session. Any missed session on behalf of the client will not be rescheduled unless the client notifies the Coach more than 24 hours in advance. Due to the personal nature of this work, all sales are final and no refunds are given for any reason. If a client wishes to discontinue services, no refunds are given for the unused portion of the coaching package or subscription or purchased services. Scheduling Sessions are booked online on the scheduling page. You will be redirected to the scheduling page after purchase for packages, via email for subscriptions, and via Facebook Messenger for groups. Sessions must be used within 90 days before expiration. Limitation of Responsibility We are not responsible for how clients choose to interpret, apply, or misapply the guidance provided during coaching sessions. Each client is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions following the coaching process. Welcome Promotion A 50% discount is offered on the first individual Coaching session with Daniel Castillero or Carmen Baack, exclusively for new clients as a welcome gift. This promotion applies only once. Any attempt to book additional sessions under this same promotion will result in the appointment being canceled.
